West Texas Nonprofits Benefits Trust
Why We're Doing This
For the past 10 years, the MSS model has proven the power of collaboration and shared resources. WTxNBT is a giant step forward in creating meaningful opportunities that improve the efficiency and sustainability of the nonprofit sector.
By joining together, smaller nonprofits can get the purchasing power of a larger employer, which will let them offer higher quality benefits at a lower cost, further dignifying the nonprofit sector’s work and freeing up more dollars to go straight to Mission.
What Does it Mean to Join the Trust?
We are forming a Trust that allows employers to pool resources to provide health and welfare benefits, potentially reduce costs, and offer better benefits, which is especially impactful for small employers.
When you join the WTxNBT, you become a member of an association, with its own board and decision making power, that recieves these benefits. Every member-agency of the WTxNBT will have a voice in the benefits decisions made each year.
