West Texas Nonprofit Benefits Trust

What Does it Mean to Join the Trust?

MSS formed the Trust to allow nonprofits to pool resources to provide health and welfare benefits, potentially reduce costs, and offer better benefits, which is especially impactful for small employers.

When you join the WTxNBT, you become a member of an association with its own board and decision-making power that receives these benefits. Every member agency of the WTxNBT will have a voice in the benefits decisions made each year.

How Easy is it to Join the Trust?

It’s incredibly easy!

To get started, we need to evaluate data generally included in your census files such as name, DOB, address/zip, tier election, members covered, and the plan choice.

We’ll also take a look at your current plan offerings and premiums to ensure we help you make the best decision for your agency on whether or not to join the trust.

Why the Trust Exists
